Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all spinning stages (blow room, carding, drawing, simplex, ring frame, winding). Conduct regular inspections and testing of fiber, sliver, roving, and yarn at different production stages. Ensure compliance with quality parameters like CSP, Uster standards, TPI, CV%, imperfections, hairiness, strength, etc. Investigate root causes of quality defects and recommend corrective actions (CAPA). Liaise with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to improve product quality and reduce waste. Maintain records of quality reports, test results, and inspection logs. Ensure lab equipment (e.g., Uster Tester, Evenness Tester, Strength Tester) is calibrated and functioning properly. Train and guide quality control operators on standard practices and SOPs.
