We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage our daily dispatch operations, coordinate with courier partners, reduce RTO, and ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfillment. The ideal candidate must have experience with eCommerce shipping platforms (Shiprocket/Delhivery/Xpressbees/etc.) and strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Order & Shipment ManagementManage daily order processing, packing coordination, and shipment creation Book shipments using platforms like Shiprocket / Amazon / Flipkart / Delhivery and DTDC Ensure same-day dispatch for all prepaid and COD orders Track shipments and update delivery status regularly Courier Coordination Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickup and delivery Resolve issues related to shipment delays, lost parcels, weight discrepancies, etc. Monitor NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure fast reattempts RTO & Prepaid Optimization Analyze RTO orders and take corrective actions Call customers for address verification when required Improve prepaid order ratio through verification and accurate dispatch
