Company Website : https://www.sltl.com/ Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for all employees (monthly, bonus, overtime, etc.) Maintain and update employee payroll records including attendance, leaves, and shifts Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.) Prepare salary reports, payslips, and bank statements Handle reimbursements, advances, and final settlements (F&F) Resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and tax Coordinate with HR for new joiner inputs and exits Work with Finance for payroll funding and reporting Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g. Spine) High accuracy and attention to detail Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data Good communication and coordination skills Experience in manufacturing industry payroll is an added advantage Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or HR PG Diploma in Payroll/HR
