Hi, We are Hiring for our Plant Location - Sitaram Spinners Pvt Ltd - GM/DGM- Electrical( Hyderabad) Key Responsibilities Electrical Systems Oversight: Ensure smooth operation of HT/LT panels, transformers, generators, VFDs, compressors, motors, and plant-wide power distribution systems. Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and electricians. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and enhance team capabilities through regular training and development. Statutory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities (CEIG, TANGEDCO, PCB) and certification bodies (e.g., ISO). Maintain up-to-date documentation for inspections, licenses, and audits. Power & Energy Management: Monitor and optimize energy consumption across the plant. Maintain an optimal power factor and minimize energy losses. Oversee solar energy generation and facilitate the integration of renewable sources. Project Execution: Plan and implement new electrical installations, plant expansions, and energy-saving initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. AMC and Vendor Coordination: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts for critical electrical systems and utilities. Oversee vendor performance, service delivery, and spare parts procurement. Monitor RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) status and maintain minimum spare inventory levels. Daily Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor systems like UKG units, compressors, and HMD units daily.
