Job Description What will you work on Product Quality Engg : Be responsible for product qualification test including internal testing and worldwide toy standard testing throughout the whole product development stage Conduct in-process and system audit at supplier to ensure production process compliance and other Supplier compliances. Supplier Quality Engg : Monitor the quality of mass production and process consistency to achieve the KPI's set for supplier quality . Implement corrective action plans at supplier side to improve the product quality and continuous improvement. How will you create impact 5-8 years toys/hard tools manufactory experience in production management, Engineering or quality management; Familiar with toys(plastics, electronics, plush) and international standard test method of Children's products, QA/QC related knowledge and experience Be proactive and have good interpersonal skills. Self-driven and motivated. Well organized and good statistical ability problem-solving ability and organisational / planning skills Honesty and strong sense of responsibility; Able to communicate and coordinate with relevant parties to deal with quality related issues Good Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, EXCEL, Powerpoint); Good command of both written and spoken English. Experienced of SAP operation is preferred. What are your skills and experience 5-8 years toys/hard tools manufactory experience in production management, Engineering or quality management; Familiar with toys(plastics, electronics, plush) and international standard test method of Children's products, QA/QC related knowledge and experience Be proactive and have good interpersonal skills.
