Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce & Dispatch Executive to handle online order processing, dispatch coordination, and overall e-commerce operations. The candidate should have experience in managing online sales platforms and basic logistics handling. Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Operations: Manage product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and daily order processing across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Ensure timely updates of product descriptions, images, and stock status. Track daily sales, customer trends, and prepare regular performance reports. Assist in creating and executing online promotions and offers. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for ad campaigns and SEO updates. Dispatch Management: Process online and offline orders, generate shipping labels, and ensure timely dispatch. Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries. Track shipments and handle escalations in case of delivery delays or issues. Maintain daily dispatch records and ensure correct packaging and labeling. Communicate with customers regarding order status, tracking details, and post-dispatch follow-ups.
