The Indian Chef de Partie (CDP) at F TV Lounge & Club is responsible for the preparation and cooking of a variety of North and South Indian dishes. As an Indian CDP, you will be in charge of supervising the Indian kitchen section, maintaining taste profiles, and ensuring traditional authenticity in all dishes prepared. Your key responsibilities will include preparing a diverse range of Indian dishes such as curries, biryanis, breads, and vegetarian specialties, while ensuring that the food is cooked and presented in accordance with brand standards. It will also be essential to maintain kitchen hygiene, follow proper food safety practices, monitor stock levels, and assist in the procurement of Indian ingredients. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with the culinary team to innovate Indian fusion dishes. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience working in an Indian kitchen, possess expertise in both North and South Indian cuisines, and demonstrate knowledge of spice balancing and traditional cooking methods.
