You should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in performing activities in compliance with the Metier Development Plan of your PG/PL. Your responsibilities will include reviewing internal requirements, customer requirements, and specifications, as well as utilizing your experience in optics, signaling, and Speos. You will be responsible for ensuring robust design and validation in alignment with the economical targets, supporting technical architecture and standards assignments, and following standardization rules. Your scope of work may involve all or part of the design, integration, and validation of blocks/products. It is essential that you comply with Mtiers processes and Design Rules by performing or supporting optics design simulations, coding, and validation, conducting optics design calculations including worst-case/statistical scenarios, and supporting thermal studies and tests related to optics. As part of your role, you will need to provide management follow-up by reporting the progress of your tasks, escalating risks, and monitoring optical developments within your perimeter. You will also be responsible for ensuring the application of optic rules and procedures, coordinating mtier design reviews, and implementing associated action plans.,

You will be responsible for establishing lighting performance targets for various programs and developing delivery plans in line with program cost and budgets. Your role will involve closely working with supplier product development teams and design studio teams to ensure feasibility and issue resolution. As the overall project manager for the lighting system, you will track AIMS & Concern status, provide analyses and resolutions on faults, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders. In addition to managing program sourcing strategies and supporting milestone approvals, you will lead the design & release of lighting system commodities using CAD / PDM tools. You will serve as the primary interface between various teams to ensure quality, on-time, and on-cost delivery of systems and components, while ensuring compatibility with interfacing systems. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mech / Prod / Auto) with 4-7 years of experience in lighting systems in an OEM or tier 1 lighting supplier. Hands-on experience in designing and releasing lighting systems, familiarity with emerging technologies, expertise in design & PDM tools, and knowledge of auto electronics systems are essential. Experience in cost estimation, lighting optics, regulatory requirements, and issue resolution process leadership is also required. Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS project are key qualifications for this position.,
