About the Role: As Head of Source to Pay & Spend Analytics , youll: Lead end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) delivery operations globally Build and execute best-in-class spend analytics frameworks to power procurement decisions Drive process excellence, automation, and compliance across regions Work closely with clients, delivery heads, and transformation teams to optimize sourcing and vendor strategies ???? Must-Have Experience: ? 15+ years in Sourcing, Procurement Operations , and Vendor Management ? Proven success in managing Source to Pay (S2P) delivery across geographies ? Hands-on expertise in Spend Analytics dashboards, cost analysis, supplier insights ? Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, etc.) ? Strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and transformation program management ???? Nice to Have: Exposure to Shared Services, GBS, or BPO delivery models Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SpendHQ, or Sievo Deep understanding of S&OP, P2P cycles , and sourcing optimization ????
