Leverage essential knowledge of the leading practices in the industry to develop project scope and approach to solve client problems Conduct comprehensive security assessments of telecom network architectures and identify potential vulnerabilities and gaps in implementation Evaluate security measures within digital infrastructure setups, including cloud services and virtualized environments, to identify potential risks and improvement areas Provide expert advice to clients on enhancing their security architecture and operations, ensuring they are future-proof and aligned with industry best practices Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients, offering practical solutions to improve their security postures Work collaboratively with the team in developing project deliverables meeting and exceeding PwCs client service and quality standards Deliver client commitments within time/budget constraints Drive business development opportunities by proactively translating thought leadership and delivery execution to follow on project opportunities and analysis into consulting Develop internal knowledge collateral to help drive the thought leadership within and outside the firm Willing to travel internationally and work on-site 50-70% of the time at client locations Responsibilities: Telecom Network Experience - Woking level experience on 4G, 5G, O-RAN, IoT networks and latest technologies like Telco Cloud, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Software Define Networks (SDN), Network Slicing, Orchestration, Network Automation, and Edge Computing In-depth knowledge of telecom network nodes and security protocols Familiarity with digital infrastructure components such as cloud computing, data centers, and network virtualization technologies Ability to analyze and critique telecom industry standards like 3GPP and ORAN from a security perspective Competence in assessing and securing digital infrastructure environments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards Expertise in identifying vulnerabilities and gaps in network architectures and implementations Strong advisory skills for guiding clients on enhancing security architecture and operations Proficiency in developing actionable recommendations for improving security posture Experience in understanding and applying IoT architecture and solutions in security frameworks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate complex security concepts to diverse audiences Ability to stay updated with evolving cybersecurity trends and technologies in the telecom sector Understanding of the telco capex and opex areas, capex planning, budgeting and management including spend analysis, capex and opex optimization and prioritization Mandatory skill sets: Essential Skills: In-depth knowledge of telecom network nodes, IoT infrastructure and security protocols Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with top corporate clients, large enterprises including CXOs and senior leadership Consulting experience with similar firms or in industry Candidate should be self-driven with an ability to deliver in high pressure environment Excellent research, problem solving and analytical skills Attention to detail to ensure high quality outputs Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently Preferred skill sets: Desirable Skills: Exposure of working in different/multiple geographies or global clients outside India would be an added advantage Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are an added advantage A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate security challenges in rapidly evolving digital infrastructure landscapes.
