Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. Conduct property tours and presentations, addressing client queries effectively. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management. Compliance & Training: Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards. Recruit, train, and develop sales staff on selling techniques and company products. ✅ Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
