Job description Job Title: CRM Associate Department: Marketing / Customer Experience About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused CRM Manager to lead and optimize our customer relationship strategies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining multi-channel CRM campaigns that enhance customer retention, committed to delivering high-quality projects and fostering strong client relationships through innovation and collaboration and drive customer satisfaction. · CRM System Management: Administer and maintain the company's CRM platform Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring data security and integrity. Develop and implement CRM workflows, automation rules, and data validation processes. Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical support to users. Stay up-to-date with CRM platform updates and industry best practices. · Data Management and Analysis: Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, marketing effectiveness, client engagement, and project-related communications. Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client relationship management and business development. Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data cleansing and maintenance activities. · Sales and Marketing Enablement: Support the sales team by developing and managing sales pipelines, tracking leads and opportunities, and generating sales reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns within the CRM, track campaign performance, and manage lead generation efforts. Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates. Create and manage email templates and communication strategies within the CRM. · Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, project management, and other relevant departments to understand their CRM needs and provide solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding CRM updates, performance, and initiatives.
