The Legal Manager will oversee daily legal matters, including preparing legal documents, offering legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs. Additionally, the role includes liaising with various departments to provide legal support and guidance, handling disputes, and maintaining legal records and documentation. Qualifications Expertise in Law and knowledge of Legal Affairs Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting Strong skills in ensuring Legal Compliance Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
