In this role, you will be involved in various tasks, including building and refining AI models for computer vision, speech recognition, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Additionally, you will implement and integrate YOLO-based object detection pipelines for real-time applications, perform data labeling using tools like Roboflow to create top-tier datasets, experiment with speech-to-text models, participate in the development of RAG-based systems for intelligent document search and conversational AI, collaborate with full-stack engineers to incorporate AI models into MERN stack applications, and engage in researching, prototyping, and optimizing AI pipelines for enhanced performance, scalability, and accuracy. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), familiarity with YOLO object detection models, proficiency in data labeling tools like Roboflow, knowledge of speech-to-text models, exposure to RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases and LLMs, and the ability to thrive in a startup-like environment characterized by proactiveness, fast learning, and adaptability. Desirable skills include experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment, and previous participation in AI/ML hackathons or startup projects.
