Role Description Early Autism Services Private Limited is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing and treating communication disorders in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other related conditions. They will be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate language and communication goals, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the provision of comprehensive services. Qualifications Bachelors'/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current licensure/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in India or eligibility to obtain licensure in India Experience, or strong interest, in working with young children with autism spectrum disorders and related conditions Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with experience in administering a range of standardized assessments Ability to develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy Ability to collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct speech therapy sessions with patients to assess their communication skills, language development, and articulation. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech disorders or language barriers. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care for patients' overall well-being. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports.

Conduct detailed audiological evaluations, including OAE/ABR screenings, pure tone & speech audiometry, and immittance tests. Diagnose hearing loss, counsel patients, fit hearing aids, provide auditory training/AVT, and manage vertigo cases.

Job Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Speech Therapist to join our Autism and Therapy Center in Thane. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in Speech Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. They will also develop individualized treatment plans, provide counseling and support to patients and their families, and monitor patient progress.
