Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for helping patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Focused on providing personalized therapeutic interventions to enhance independence and quality of life.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment & Planning:

Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients needs and goals.

Therapy & Intervention:

Provide occupational therapy sessions aimed at improving motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning.
Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications to support independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and at-home strategies.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with physiotherapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Coordinate care to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
Ensure adherence to clinical standards, documentation protocols, and confidentiality guidelines.

Training & Awareness:

Participate in community or internal awareness sessions as needed.
Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and rehabilitation techniques.
