Speech Therapist | Mumbai

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
• Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
• Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.
• Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
• Revise goals regularly based on each childs progress.
• Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
• Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.
• Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.
• Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Centre Head, co-workers, and reporting managers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid RCI registration.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.
• Proficiency with therapy tools, documentation software, and online systems.
