1. Execute all the responsibilities given by HOD
2. Provide consultation to all OP/IP patients who require Speech therapy
3. To develop the early intervention setup and provide early education
4. To do assessment and advice require assistive device for the patients
5. Maintains OP/IP daily records
6. Educate junior Speech therapist regarding patient conditions, assessment and treatment to get a better result.
7. Attend department training and meetings
8. Daily reporting to supervisors
9. Perform any other duties as requested by the management
