We are looking for a Client Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in software support, customer service, client coordination, or front desk operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in resolving application-related queries, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the internal technical team to ensure smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support to clients for software applications. Understand client issues and coordinate with the internal team for resolution. Maintain proper records of client communications, issues, and resolutions. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure. Assist in preparing reports, user documentation, and basic data entry using MS Word and Excel. Provide polite, professional, and timely responses to all client queries (via phone, email, or chat). Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in software support, customer service, client coordination, or front desk roles. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written). Good computer knowledge, especially MS Word, Excel, and Email communication. Ability to understand client needs and provide clear, solution-oriented responses. Graduate in any stream (IT background preferred but not mandatory).
