Managing inventory. Loading /unloading. Packaging and sorting. Inward and Outward Inventory. Processing and packing orders. Counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities Process & track sales orders: ensure orders are correctly entered, checked, and followed through till dispatch/delivery. Maintain customer & order data in systems (CRM or other internal tools): update, clean up, correct mistakes. Prepare quotations, invoices, and pricing proposals. Coordinate with other teams (logistics, inventory, purchase, finance) to ensure materials are available, shipments happen, payments are processed. Generate regular reports (daily / weekly / monthly) for sales performance, order status, backlog, etc. Identify bottlenecks in the backend process, suggest improvements (e.g. reduce delays, improve communication). Maintain documentation of standard procedures (SOPs) so that processes are consistent. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks (preparing sales materials, following up on leads, etc.).
