Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION Product lifecycle Manage team provides managed services for the Teamcenter PLM applications to Emerson businesses. This position is primarily responsible for addressing end-user incidents and requests for assistance within agreed service level guidance in support of business and IT priorities. This position will also work with business level engineering organizations and build relationships that can be leveraged to support the achievement of business objectives. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, improvements, monitoring, testing, solve) for Teamcenter. Teamcenter Product development, Installation, Administration, Upgrade. Responsible for new Development/customization Module implementation Proactively monitors processes to identify trends; analyses/predicts trends and develops a long-range plan crafted to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring to ensure high service levels Who You Are: You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations; are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach. You make implementation plans that prioritize accurately. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish. For This Role, You Will Need: 4 to 8 years relevant experience in Teamcenter Product development, Installation, Administration, Configuration, Customization, Migration, Upgrade Hands on experience on Teamcenter patches/ upgrades on large scale enterprise-wide users Preferred experience with Teamcenter CAD integrations: NX Manager, Teamcenter Integration for Solid Edge/ Pro-E/Creo, Solid Works Preferred solid grasp of Teamcenter Performance Optimization, monitoring and Functional knowledge of Design Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
