You'll contribute to the delivery of N&T Sub-System Radio specifications and architecture that align with the System Delivery Plan. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (installation teams, cybersecurity teams, power experts), develop Radio Design requirements, and much more. You'll specifically take care of conducting Radio Interference and trackside surveys, but also preparing and executing Radio configuration files throughout the project lifecycle. Description We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF design and development, with a focus on communication systems. This role requires a deep understanding of RF principles and the ability to apply this knowledge to create innovative solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop RF circuits and systems for communication applications. Conduct RF simulations and measurements to validate designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger projects. Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance issues in existing products. Stay updated on emerging RF technologies and industry trends. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. 6-16 years of experience in RF engineering or related fields. As an Engineer specializing in Satellite Communications, RF Engineering, and Network Protocols, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining existing systems at the HUB, such as Base Band System, RF System, and Networking equipments. It is essential to keep a detailed log book documenting any observed issues and the actions taken to resolve them, with daily reporting on the system status and identified problems. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment at various sites, ensuring proper record-keeping, and providing necessary training to customer staff when required. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing spare parts, coordinating with vendors and customers, and overseeing OEM responsibilities will also be part of your role. In times of satellite shifting, emergencies, or exigencies, you will be expected to handle the necessary activities efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BTech/B.E degree in IT, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Computer Science.,

Skills and Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in wireless network engineering or related field. Proficiency in wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi 6, 802.11ac/ax standards, and wireless security protocols. Strong understanding of RF principles and site survey techniques. Experience with network design tools and simulation software. Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and related networking technologies.
