You will be joining our analytical team as a Junior Chemist, where your passion for chemical testing, wet chemistry, and spectrometry of metals and industrial materials will be utilized effectively. Your key responsibilities will include conducting chemical testing (both wet and instrumental) on metals, alloys, and chemicals, as well as operating and maintaining spectrometers, muffle furnaces, and other lab equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reagents, managing chemical inventory, ensuring test accuracy, and submitting reports in a timely manner. It is crucial for you to adhere to laboratory quality and safety protocols at all times. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a chemical or metallurgical lab being preferred. Familiarity with ICP/OES or Atomic Absorption Spectrometry would be considered a plus. Attention to detail and the ability to precisely follow procedures are essential qualities we are looking for in the ideal candidate. This is a full-time position suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates. In return, you will receive commuter assistance as part of the benefits package. The work schedule will consist of day shifts on a fixed rotation basis. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contributions to the team. Please note that the work location is in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
