Role Description This is a full-time on-site Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager role located in Boisar/Tarapur. The Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, implementing quality standards, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves managing a team of quality control staff, developing quality control procedures, and continuously improving the quality assurance processes. Qualifications Experience in quality control and assurance processesKnowledge of regulatory requirements in the chemical and pharmaceutical industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in quality control proceduresExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentDoctorate or Master’s degree in Analytical or Organic ChemistryQuality Control certifications are a plusMore than 15-20 years of Analytical Chemistry experience
