Role Overview The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our elevator products and services. This is a high-energy, client-facing role that requires persistence, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present elevator solutions to prospective customers (builders, architects, contractors, housing societies, institutions, etc.). Conduct site visits to assess requirements and recommend appropriate products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Collaborate with technical teams for preparing proposals, quotations, and customized solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.
