Purpose of the role: Responsible for stability Management Primary Responsibility: Strategic: 1. Ensure 100% compliance to usage of Quality systems. Operational: 1. Adherence of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and cGLP (Current Good Laboratory Practice). 2. To have control and ensure the Stability team management. 3. To ensure the stability samples are analyzed and released as per schedule. 4. To ensure none of the stability samples are being crossed the window period. 5. Review of Stability samples in quality control department. 6. Instrument/Equipment qualification Review in Quality control. 7. Preparation and maintenance of quality records and study protocols. 8. Preparation of quality system related, Instrument operation related SOPs, Specification, STPs, URS etc. 9. Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Production, QA, Warehouse, SCM etc. 10. Review of method transfer and method validation in quality control. 11. Handling of QMS elements related to quality control. 12. Maintenance and calibration of instruments in Quality control. 13. Quality Interface in audits (both internal and external) and ensure appropriate QMS document identified in a timely manner and closed out. 14. Analysis of vendor samples and reporting. 15. Follow approved STPs, SOPs, and Specifications 16. To ensure readiness for Customer and regulatory audits. 17. Providing the support to meet the management objectives of product deliveries on time in line with Quality Management system. 18. Support quality related activities in other sites of Stelis (as required)

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: • Act as a commissioning Engineer for Mechanical systems, including cooling/heating systems, plumbing, fire and BMS systems in various environments. • Manage projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering commissioning role for large facility projects. • Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning. • Adhere to a thorough quality management/QC process and procedures that validate and document client systems. • Identify and assemble required documentation, drawings, and data from clients, vendors, and contractors. • Develop site-specific commissioning plans. • Develop and/or review factory witness test procedures for major equipment. • Attend factory witness tests and provide detailed reports identifying deficiencies. • Schedule and lead commissioning meetings while ensuring proper documentation. • Develop and administer functional tests for various building Mechanical systems, including cooling/heating systems, plumbing, fire, fuel oil, and BMS systems. • Develop and maintain commissioning logs, equipment checklists, and other tools to track commissioning projects, and write comprehensive final commissioning reports. • Help lead and manage external resources; schedule and direct periodic commissioning meetings; attend construction and coordination meetings if required for the project. • Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors, and owners agents as needed; execute project assignments; interact with all facets of the company: engineering, design, etc. • Submit progress reports and commissioning meeting notes to the project and facility manager. • Respond to customer inquiries in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.

As a Senior Engineer in the Coating department, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control in the coating process. This includes ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications, as well as implementing and maintaining quality management systems and product certification processes. The Senior Engineer will also be responsible for conducting both destructive and non-destructive testing, and carrying out inspections to ensure the quality of the products. Oversee all aspects of quality control in the coating process, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications. Implement and maintain quality management systems and product certification processes. Conduct both destructive and non-destructive testing to ensure the quality of the products. Carry out inspections to ensure the quality of the products. Ensure compliance with API and ISO standards for pipe manufacturing. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and the efficiency of our processes. Role & responsibilities Plans work and general arrangements to ensure quality of finished drawings. Makes concept arrangements of processing and service facilities, piping schematics and details, flow diagrams, sketches for specifications and clarifications. Maintains records to compare actual time spent on each drawing to budgeted time; responsible for controlling scope and budget for mechanical portion of smaller projects. Verifies that all corrections made to drawings are correct, and checks drawing revisions made by others Communicates back and forth with clients, to answer questions, to discuss changes, etc.; maintains records of all communication with clients and others participating on the project; documents all discussions and changes; maintains master files and personal files related to the project(s). Attends regular project review meetings and impromptu meetings with staff and sometimes client, to resolve issues that surface as the project progresses. Provides input when proposals are developed, e.g. number of drawings required, time needed to complete drawings and cost of drawings; makes design recommendations. Constantly updates knowledge of technology in the field to keep abreast of changes and new developments, methods and procedures. Assists in marketing company expertise and services. Preferred candidate profile ITI/ Diploma or Associate Degree in the Mechanical Field with training in CAD operation. 2 5 years experience using CAD to produce mechanical drawings or 2 years experience and additional education or training in CAD/Drafting technology; spreadsheet software experience. Excellent communication skills with understanding of teamwork and the ability to coordinate work with other staff members. Strong organization skills to effectively manage time and resources in the most efficient manner. Commitment to maintaining the company's professional image and reputation with error free, accurate plans/drawings that meet and/or exceed the expectations of customers. The Mechanical Designer must be knowledgeable regarding CADD / Revit (3D environment) and drawing standards and procedures, and must have a good understanding of all required mechanical calculations. The ability to sketch guides showing what is expected when detailed drawings are completed is a requirement in this position. This individual works under the direction of the Mechanical Engineering Department Manager representing the Mechanical Department as the "Project Team Member" and participating in all phases of the mechanical arrangement and details. To ensure the success of the project(s), the individual in this position coordinates and works closely with the department Lead. The Mechanical Designer is required to visit the project sites, and may spend days or weeks on site, requiring the ability to climb ladders and stairs, and to kneel, bend and stoop to check the location of conduits and take measurements in a hot/cold, dusty environment. The position requires proficient keyboard skills with extended periods of six to eight hours, sitting and repetitively entering data into a computer with intense attention to the computer screen. Lifting on the job is generally limited to lifting/moving stick files and to using equipment in the field; generally the lifting requirements will not exceed 30 lbs.
