As a Safety Officer, your primary responsibility will be to organize safety campaigns, tool box meetings, job-specific training, HSE orientation initiatives, emergency drills, and other activities aimed at developing a strong safety culture within the organization. You will play a key role in promoting safety awareness and educating the workforce through regular mentoring and coaching sessions, leveraging your interpersonal skills effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining a safe work environment, conducting risk assessments, HSE inspections, and other related duties to ensure the overall safety of the workplace. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field and hold technical qualifications such as NEBOSH IGC and NEBOSH Process Safety/Oil & Gas. A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in the field of safety is required to be considered for this role.,
