We are seeking a Specialist (R&D)_NVH_TESTING to carry out NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) testing for 2W, 3W, 4W, and EV vehicles. You will be responsible for planning and executing NVH measurements, performing PBN and modal testing, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all data. This role requires knowledge of advanced techniques like NSI, TPA, and ODS , as well as the ability to operate chassis and engine dynamometers. Roles & Responsibilities: Testing & Data Acquisition : Plan and execute NVH measurements based on requirements, and acquire data without any issues. Check the accuracy and consistency of the data and prepare reports related to noise and vibration for durability vehicles. Specialized Testing : Perform PBN tests on 2W, 3W, and 4W vehicles as per different country standards. Conduct modal testing of components, frames, and sub-assemblies. Process Improvement : Improve existing processes using automation and Kaizen principles. Target Achievement : Meet all time and quality targets set for the testing activities. Skills Required: Proven testing experience in noise and vibration measurements. Knowledge of advanced techniques such as NSI, TPA, and ODS . Experience in operating a Chassis dyno / Engine dyno . Knowledge of EV vehicles and their specific testing requirements. Familiarity with Kaizen principles. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
