To excel in this role, you should have experience in Guided Tours and possess a strong knowledge of history. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential, along with proficiency in sales and itinerary planning. A passion for travel and tourism, the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment, and previous experience as a tour guide or in the travel industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
