Specialist, Technical Product

As a Specialist, Technical Product for the HxGN Enterprise Asset Management Solution, you will play a crucial role in implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational capabilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, and stakeholders to implement new projects. You will develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure quality and reliability. Providing ongoing product line support, maintenance, and troubleshooting will be part of your role. Effective communication with business partners, vendors, and internal ServiceNow teams is essential. You will participate in system design and architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security. Creating and maintaining technical documentation including system designs, requirements specifications, test plans, and user guides will be required. Actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and contributing to best practices are key responsibilities. Working with end-users to collect data for analytics and insights, creating and supporting sandbox environments for proof-of-concepts and data analytics, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data exchange APIs are also part of your role. You will assist with Digital System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) and product releases. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field - 4 years" experience in computer science and/or information systems - Experience with industry applications like Hexagon, Maximo, SAP - Data Migration Experience preferred (ETL) - Understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management frameworks - Familiarity with database management systems and web technologies - Proficiency in SQL, RDBMS database experience, and OSIsoft/Aveva-PI - Exceptional experience with Windows Server Preferred qualifications: - GMP Experience - Certification in project management - Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices - Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools - Programming Experience in C#, Python, VB.Net, HTML5, Javascript - Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field - Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, or IoT technologies Thank you for considering this opportunity with Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA.,
