Key Responsibilities:
* To train and employ local women as high-calibre housekeeping and domestic professionals, matching international hospitality standards, with a focus on grooming, etiquette, hygiene, and discretion.
Skills Needed
* 10+ years in luxury hotel housekeeping or staff training
* Experience in setting up skilling centres or domestic staff academies
* Strong knowledge of grooming, protocol, and soft skills
* Ability to design a full training program and recruit support staff
* Willingness to be based in the village for 6–12 months
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
