Your role will involve designing, developing, and testing quality solutions within budget and timelines. Collaborating with business and IT teams across various geographies, you will address support incidents and project activities, translating business requirements into solution designs effectively. Responsibilities: - Applying Information Technology standards to daily support and project activities - Leveraging business process knowledge to solve complex procedural problems - Designing, building, and testing business applications in alignment with requirements and global standards - Ensuring reliability of production systems through adherence to IT standards and governance processes - Supporting daily business needs as per global SLA - Employing information technology project management methodology for governance compliance - Collaborating with business teams to develop plans and estimates for project completion - Reviewing program codes, conducting performance tuning, and staying updated on technological advancements - Mentoring and coaching junior developer resources Required Qualifications: - Engineering Graduate with 6+ years of experience - Proficiency in various technologies such as ABAP, SAPUI5, SAP HANA, S4HANA Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform, etc. - Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to new technologies Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge on Database, Server, Operating Systems, and emerging technologies like Machine Learning, RPA, Data Science, etc. Colgate-Palmolive is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diverse talent is developed to best serve consumers globally.
