Role Description

Job Title Senior DevOps Engineer Embedded SystemsWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with a focus on Build Testing and Tooling to join our team and play a critical role in modernizing our development pipeline secure development lifecycle and additional processes The ideal candidate should have experience as a full stack engineer around CC software development cycle The role involves close collaboration with development QA and DevOp teams from multiple disciplines This role is also responsible for communication and documentation to ensure other team members adopt and utilize the updated workflowKey Responsibilities1MultiOS Build SystemaUtilize Docker system to build and test multiple LINUX OS version and system alpine UBUNTU and almalinuxbIntegrate buildtesting system to utilize GNU Compiler Collection tools AddressSanitizer LeakSanitizer and gcov2Software DevelopmentaResolve error and warning generated by different compilers and toolingbUplift older software versions to utilize the latest testing framework and tooling3Secure Development LifecycleaCollaborate and understand the security development lifecycle requirementbProvide input to development team on action items to resolve security development lifecycle requirement4Documentation and AdoptionaDocument the new tools and workflow for other team members to adopt

Qualifications

RequiredBachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experienceProven experience as a full stack engineer in noncloudbased pipeline Develop Build ReleaseProven experience with software development and testing using C languageProven experience with setting up compiler and build system for software written in C languageHandson experience with setup build system for multiple LINUX OSHandson experience with using GNU tools gcc AddressSanitizer LeakSanitizer and gcovHandson experience with DockerKnowledge of Agile methodologies and practices

Someone who can provide a list of software they are involved in development build and release cycle A link to downloadable software is preferredExperienced with multiple languages such as CC Java GoLang and PythonKey CompetenciesStrong desire to learn and try new thingsStrong problemsolving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAdaptability to a fastpaced dynamic work environment
