Specialist Software Engineer- Power BI

As a Technical Business Analyst with 4-8 years of experience in the Banking domain, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Write Functional Specifications based on Business Requirements - Ensure clear understanding, documentation, and translation of requirements to the development team - Act as the primary contact to address queries from the development team - Guarantee adequate test coverage and ensure high-quality artifacts before user delivery - Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other tests - Define test plans/test cases and conduct effective testing when necessary - Manage agile master activities within the team - Possess a solid understanding of data visualization tools - Proficiency in generating reports and dashboards using Power BI, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets - Extensive expertise in reporting tools and programming languages such as Python, ETL frameworks, SQL, and Macros - Good knowledge of Databases for data analysis, modeling, interpretation, and connection to BI tools - Assist in addressing and elaborating on inquiries from end recipients, focusing on data cleanup, processing, and analysis - Promptly inform or escalate any issues identified during the reporting process to superiors or management - Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to essential tasks and activities - Identify and define opportunities for process improvements - Collaborate with management to prioritize business and informational requirements - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities - Capable of effective work planning and meeting deadlines - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in the Banking domain - Experience in performing Technical Business Analyst role - Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Agile methodology, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau Joining this company offers you the opportunity to work in a cross-cultural team with multi-geographical locations.
