Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Creating test scenarios related to various tests.
Testing new UserDesk application integrations.
Functional and regression testing of various areas of the UserDesk application.
Working with developers to identify, reproduce and resolve bugs.
Reporting, documenting and tracking found/existing bugs.
Creating guide documents for some new functionalities/features.
Collaborate with external teams in end-to-end testing sessions.

Stack Technology:

Jira: main platform for bug reporting and tracking

Postman: used to do some API testing

PHPMyAdmin: database where SQL queries are executed to add/modify/delete data from UserDesk tables

Browsers (Chrome + Edge): main access method for using and testing the UserDesk platform through the additional use of DevTools (inspect element, console etc)

Key competencies:

Testing and ensuring correct functionality for the User Desk application, modules under development and all integrated applications
