Role Overview: At 66degrees, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic B2B Specialist to manage Social Media, Online Community, and Online Events. Your main goal will be to enhance our brand presence and lead generation through effective marketing efforts. You will be responsible for implementing B2B Social Media Management, creating and managing global online events, managing a global online community, driving Global Influencer Marketing initiatives, and coordinating with global speakers for events. This role will focus on generating organic leads from Social Media strategies and expanding into new markets while developing a strong Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy based on online events marketing. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate business leads, and support community growth. - Manage all key social media channels including Social Media Calendar, content posting, engagement management, and performance reporting. - Create and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online community, fostering knowledge sharing and networking opportunities. - Curate engaging content relevant to the community and actively moderate discussions to maintain a positive environment. - Plan, organize, promote, and execute engaging online events such as webinars, workshops, and virtual conferences. - Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message and drive community participation. - Coordinate with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics. - Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new opportunities and develop tailored Go-To-Market strategies. - Collect and analyze community feedback, provide insights for product/service improvement, and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and event performance. - Cultivate brand advocates within the community and empower them to promote our initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field. - 3+ years of proven experience in global B2B social media management, global community management, and global online event management. - Experience in conceptualizing and executing B2B social media content strategies to increase followers, improve engagement, and generate business leads. - Demonstrated success in building and engaging online communities such as Social Media Communities, Discourse Community, Reddit Community, etc. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, amplification strategies, latest B2B trends, and in-depth analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Hootsuite Amplify). - Experience with B2B influencer marketing campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data for actionable strategies. - Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach. - Experience with virtual event platforms is a plus. - Pleasing personality with very good interpersonal skills both online and offline.,
