As a Specialist, Quality Control in Sriperumbudur, you will have the opportunity to make a profound social impact while doing the best work of your career. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for shift operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, collaborating with Manufacturing operations and the extended team on engineering change management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop robotics and automation using vision systems, OCR, and PLC programming in rotating shifts with six days working. - Troubleshoot robotics and automation systems, ensuring compliance with Lean and ISO standards. - Lead new line setup through a systematic approach to equipment integration. - Design scalable and fast web applications, leveraging expertise in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and OCR solutions. - Apply deep knowledge of AutoCAD for new and existing line design concepts. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting, new program development, and creating software using open-source tools (VB, SQL, Python). - Handle multiple strategic projects effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in robotics programming and PLC automation interface. - Proficiency in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning & OCR solutions, object detection algorithms. - Strong AutoCAD skills for design concepts. - Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems and develop new programs. - Experience in software creation and automation script execution using open-source tools. - Capability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously. **Additional Details:** - Desired experience: 3-5 years - Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mech-Electronics Engineering Join Dell Technologies, where each team member contributes uniquely.
