Job Description

As a Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) specializing in General & Specialty Medicine for the South Region, you will play a crucial role as a key representative for our company. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with essential stakeholders in the field, with the objective of providing scientific expertise across identified regions, products, and therapy areas to valued customers. Your role will encompass various responsibilities and activities, including developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, particularly focusing on the cardiovascular therapeutic area. It will be essential to stay updated on the latest medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and treatment protocols to provide accurate information to stakeholders. Building and maintaining relationships with Scientific Leaders (SLs), Key Decision Makers (KDMs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions will be a key aspect of your role. Engaging in scientific discussions, presenting clinical data, and providing educational support to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) regarding the company's products and therapeutic areas will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the line manager to provide strategic inputs and expertise to product management, delivering scientific and medical education to internal stakeholders, and participating in medical conferences, advisory boards, and scientific meetings are crucial components of your role as an RMA. Interpreting and communicating clinical trial data, real-world evidence, and other scientific information to healthcare professionals and regulators will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, providing medical support for local studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting medical projects aligned with the therapy area will be essential tasks. Your role will also involve addressing medical inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Training sales colleagues on assigned therapy areas and assisting in pre-launch and launch training for new products will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong academic foundation in life sciences, such as a medical degree (MD) or doctorate (Ph.D.), along with at least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical cardiovascular therapy area. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the relevant cardiovascular therapeutic area, strong communication skills, analytical abilities, adaptability, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance guidelines are essential requirements for this position. Overall, as an RMA in Medical Affairs, you will act as a scientific expert and liaison between the company and external stakeholders, contributing to building scientific credibility, fostering relationships, and supporting the company's strategic objectives in the healthcare industry. Your focus on excellence and harmonious collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.,
