Specialist - Key User FICO

Role Overview: As a Specialist - Key User FICO, your primary responsibility will be providing daily 1st level support for SAP S4 HANA & SAP ECC for all NX countries through the ticket system, e-mail, and telephone. You will independently coordinate tickets and topics with Nordex ITO and other Departments, handle master data maintenance in SAP CO, and integrate it in PS, MM, SD, and Service module. Additionally, you will support Service Controlling in the S4 HANA project, design and improve processes, create and maintain project documents, coordinate workshops, run tests in the test environment, train end users, and assist in optimizing SAP CO in the S4 HANA and ECC systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily 1st level support for SAP S4 HANA & SAP ECC - Coordinate tickets and topics with Nordex ITO and other Departments - Maintain master data in SAP CO and integrate it into various modules - Support Service Controlling in the S4 HANA project - Design and improve existing or new processes - Create and maintain project documents like Blueprints, process flows, test scripts, trainings, and presentations - Coordinate workshops with Nordex ITO and other Departments - Conduct tests in the test environment - Train end users on system functionalities - Assist in optimizing SAP CO in the S4 HANA and ECC systems Qualification Required: - Several years of professional experience as an SAP key user or in a comparable position - Very good knowledge of SAP CO module and S4 / HANA - 4-8 years of relevant experience - Good knowledge of SAP BI is a plus - Practical experience in training end users and creating training documents - Good knowledge of English and German or Spanish is a plus - Confident demeanor, teamwork, and communication skills - Structured way of working and problem-solving skills - Open-mindedness towards new technologies and methods - Willingness to travel for project work and user training (Note: The additional details of the company, Nordex Group, have been omitted as they were not explicitly mentioned in the Job Description),
