Job Description: You will be responsible for providing advice to internal stakeholders at Wipro on immigration laws and processes in various geographies. Your role will involve advising business units on immigration-related matters, collecting nominations for visas, ensuring operational excellence in compliance with timelines and SLAs, maintaining reporting and MIS management, and suggesting process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Advise businesses on immigration laws, processes, and documentation for new geographies such as setting up offices or acquiring new customers - Utilize knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in different geographies to preempt challenges and provide proactive support to customer teams - Assist in visa and immigration processes for deploying in-house teams in new countries - Collect nominations for H1-B and visas for countries where Wipro has an existing presence - Educate business unit representatives on the visa application process and necessary documentation - Seek nominations during the H1-B visa application season and support in filing visa applications - Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and timelines for global immigration processes - Maintain an electronic log for tracking nominations from different business units - Gather feedback from businesses to suggest improvements in the nomination processes at Wipro Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations in various geographies - Ability to provide sound advice on visa and immigration processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support business units - Attention to detail and ability to comply with timelines and SLAs - Experience in maintaining MIS and reporting for process management - Proactive approach to suggest improvements and enhance process efficiency,
