Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent AI solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio. Your focus will be on creating seamless conversational experiences, integrating with real-world data sources, and optimizing AI-driven microservices to improve business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing custom topics, entities, and dialog flows within Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio. - Crafting intuitive and user-centric conversational experiences to guide users effectively and deliver desired results. - Integrating Co-Pilot instances with various data sources, backend systems, and APIs for context-aware interactions. - Customizing UI, behavior, and logic using Co-Pilot Studio capabilities to create tailored AI assistant experiences. - Testing and iterating on Co-Pilot implementations to ensure functionality, reliability, and user satisfaction. - Creating clear and concise documentation such as design specs, user guides, and troubleshooting materials. - Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into working Co-Pilot features. - Monitoring performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements and optimizations. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Co-Pilot functionality, integrations, or performance. - Staying updated on the latest Co-Pilot Studio features and best practices. - Developing intelligent AI agents and microservices to automate workflows, answer user queries, and perform contextual actions by integrating generative AI models with real-world tools and data. - Overseeing AI application performance, resource utilization, and access governance across different environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio or similar low-code/no-code AI platforms. - Strong understanding of conversational design principles and dialog flow architecture. - Experience in API integration, backend connectivity, and real-time data interaction. - Familiarity with Azure AI services, AI agents, and microservices development. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams. - Excellent documentation and communication skills. - Proficiency in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI solutions.
