Job Description

As a Specialist in ML Engineering at UST, you will be responsible for leading the MLOps Service team and driving the development and deployment of AI/ML models and Gen AI applications. Your role will involve defining the vision and strategy for MLOps service offerings, overseeing project delivery, providing technical guidance, and engaging with stakeholders and clients to deliver robust solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the companys MLOps service offerings. - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of ML engineers and MLOps engineers. - Ensure team is skilled on latest MLOps developments and best practices, and share knowledge within the team. - Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent AI/ML/Gen AI projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and business value. - Provide architectural and strategic guidance on MLOps best practices including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, data governance, and compliance. - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and cloud providers to design and deliver robust AI/ML/Gen AI solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Additional certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google) are desirable. - 15+ years of experience in IT services or software delivery. - At least 5 years of proven leadership managing large, cross-functional teams. - 2+ years of hands-on MLOps experience. - Exposure to Generative AI technologies is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of AI/ML development workflows and their operational challenges.
