Job Description

As a Specialist, HR Services at Mastercard's Global Business Services Center (GBSC) HR shared service center, your primary role is to provide day-to-day support in various HR areas. Your responsibilities will include: - Scheduling interviews, conducting New Hire Onboarding, creating employment contracts, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and managing Management Information Systems (MIS). - Communicating HR processes to employees and Mastercard applicants, resolving inquiries promptly to exceed customer expectations, and delivering exceptional employee experiences. - Ensuring audit compliance by processing transactions and approvals, handling confidential data professionally, and adhering to statutory regulations. - Processing new hire transactions for all resources and supporting the background check process. - Supporting and administering the new employee hire process from interviews to onboarding. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously gained through previous experience in a related field. - Effective performance in a dynamic, time-sensitive, high-volume environment. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Experience with Workday software is essential.
