Roles and Responsibilities: - Design applications from scratch, including situational layer cake and enterprise-class structures, and map organization structures using data modeling best practices. - Proficiency in Pega API, Integration, JavaScript API, Listeners, and Email Channel. - Understanding of object-oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, and CBAC. - Demonstrated leadership and communication skills for conducting requirement gathering, design thinking sessions, and DCO sessions. - Lead the development team technically and ensure the implementation of Pega best practices. - Responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering user stories in alignment with Pega best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure application quality compliance.
