Job Description

As an experienced graphic designer at our company, you will collaborate closely with the JLL business/service lines to create visually appealing materials that effectively convey messages. Your primary responsibility will involve designing customized research reports and other collateral to support various teams within the organization. Your role will require you to grasp the strategy, audience, and objectives of complex design projects, providing innovative solutions with minimal art direction. Working alongside marketers and management, you will create graphics that capture attention and communicate the intended message effectively. A creative mindset and the ability to translate requirements into compelling designs are essential for success in this position. If you possess strong communication skills and can work collaboratively within a team, we are excited to meet you. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality visual content for digital and print communications, maintaining the company brand image. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of graphic design principles and ensure all deliverables convey accurate information. - Generate creative concepts and designs from inception to completion, collaborating with other designers for a consistent brand perception. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce compelling designs that resonate with stakeholders. - Stay updated on the latest trends and standards in visual design to deliver innovative solutions. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards. - Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance the quality of deliverables. - Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders into design work effectively. - Demonstrate a team-oriented attitude and contribute to design decisions for research report deliverables. Key Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Familiarity with video creation tools like After Effects is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to new tools as per business requirements. - Effective communication skills through various mediums including written, drawn, and verbal. - Prior experience working with global clients is preferred. - Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Self-starter with a team-player mindset, excelling in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. Education and Experience: - BS/MS degree in visual communications, Graphic Design, or related field. - 6-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Marketing/Communications agency setup.
