Job Summary The Special Process Engineer will manage and oversee key manufacturing processes like heat treatment, surface coating. Responsibilities Manage special processes used in making aerospace parts (e.g., coating, heat treat, NDT). Write and update procedures and work instructions. Solve production and quality problems related to special processes. Support training for operators and technicians. Help improve existing processes and support new product launches. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Aerospace, or a related technical field. 0–1 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or special processes. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
