Special Educator

Qualifications & Skills : RCI Certification is a MUST. Bachelor’s & Master's / B.Ed in Special Education. Good communication skills in English Valid teaching credential in Special Education. Experience working with children with special needs. Strong understanding of diverse learning challenges and the ability to design appropriate educational interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in students' lives. Responsibilities : Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests. Assess students' abilities and performance to create personalized learning strategies. Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to monitor and support student progress. Provide a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
