Job Title: Special Educator for a Premium School

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Assess students’ learning and behavioral needs to design appropriate teaching strategies.
• Deliver lessons using adaptive methods, resources, and technologies.
• Provide emotional, social, and behavioral support to students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to support student learning.
• Track student progress and adjust teaching techniques as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of experience of working in a school.
• Relevant certifications or licensure in Special Education.
• Strong knowledge of various learning disabilities and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
