Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Special Educator to join our team on a part-time.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Use adaptive teaching methods tailored to each child’s needs
Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other educators
Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

Hold a recognized qualification in Special Education
Prior experience (minimum 1 year) working with children with special needs is ideal, but enthusiastic freshers with relevant training are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a growth mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
