If you’re committed to making a difference in the lives of children with diverse learning needs, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Use adaptive teaching methods tailored to each child’s needs Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other educators Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Requirements Hold a recognized qualification in Special Education Prior experience (minimum 1 year) working with children with special needs is ideal, but enthusiastic freshers with relevant training are welcome to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and a growth mindset Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
