ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a passionate and qualified Teaching Faculty member/ Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and inspiring students to achieve their academic goals. 1. Delivering lectures and lessons, preparing extra notes, assignments, worksheets and evaluating students’ performance through exams, assignments, and other assessments. 2. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking skills. 3. Effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 4. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress. 5. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them succeed in the course. 6. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning. 7. Maintain batch records and ensure record keeping of all the assignments, answer sheets. 8. Maintenance of student attendance. 9. Expanding professional development, going to conferences and workshops, and collaborating with peers to advance their research and teaching objectives. 10. Participating in departmental and institutional activities, serving on committees, and helping in recruitment and mentor new faculty members. 5. Commitment to student success and fostering a positive learning environment. 6. Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in relevant field with 2- 3 years of clinical experience. 2. 1-2 years of teaching experience at the institution, college or university will be preferred. Fresher’s can also apply. 3. Ability to deliver engaging and interactive lectures. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
