Skills Required :

• Bachelor's/Master's in Psychology / Special Education or related field.
• Certification in special education (RCI registration preferred).
• Relevant Experience working with children in a school with learning disabilities or special needs.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.

Experience : 2 to 3 Years in a similar role.

Salary : Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will not be a constraint for outstanding candidates.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assess and identify students' special educational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide specialized instruction to support academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors to ensure inclusive learning.
• Use adaptive teaching strategies and resources.
• Maintain records of progress and adapt plans as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
